The UB Learning Resource Center provides an efficient and responsive service of dispensing resources to the university community: faculty, students, staff and the public.

Vision Statement

The UB Learning Resource Center envisions in developing students who will become reponsible service-oriented leaders anchored on the trinity of virtues, ably discharging its functions as an information broker and custodian of the university learning resources.

Mission Statement

The UB Learning Resource Center provides the UB community with facilities and resources that reflect the attributes of life-long learning, character, and service-orientation of the institution

Objectives

1. Maintain the balance and variety of the library collection to support the university curriculum, by continually assessing and enhancing its capabilities.
2. Render quality and efficient library services by professional personnel.
3. Adopt appropriate technologies for library automation in accessing information and library management through regular system updates.
4. Improve library access by the systematic distribution to library resources throughout the campus.
